Made to order
Every Indigo Arden piece is cut and sewn by hand after you order it. Because it is made for you, we can’t take back a piece simply because you changed your mind.
If something is wrong
If your piece arrives damaged or with a fault in the making, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll repair it, remake it, or refund it — your choice.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel for a full refund until we cut your leather, usually within a few days of ordering. Email us as soon as you can.
